Ch Westmilwunda Simply the Best
Ch Westmilwunda Simply the Best - Wanda to her friends, was sired by Ch Barkly Battlestar, a slate dog that came to SA for a couple of years and then returned home to Cathie Whittaker in the UK. Wanda was the blue girl that we kept, she didnt particularly enjoy the show ring as a youngster and after she became a champion she stayed at home and produced three litters of slate, brown and blue puppies.
She returned to the ring in 2002 as a 10 year old veteran and won both Best Veteran in Show and Best Reserve in show at the Natal Working and Herding Breeds show, deciding that she now enjoyed showing and she had been missing out on the fun!
